Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Conditions for making a return

  • Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the order .
  • The product must be intact , in its original packaging and with all accessories included.
  • We do not accept returns of products that are used or damaged due to misuse.

2. How to request a return?

Follow these simple steps:

    2. Get shipping instructions :
    We will email you the return address and instructions on how to proceed.
    3. Ship the product : Use a trackable shipping service.

    Get your refund :
    After checking the condition of the product, we will proceed with the refund within 7 working days on the payment method used.

    3. Return shipping costs

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .
    • In case of defective product or error on our part, we will cover all costs.

    4. Damaged or defective products

    If you have received a damaged or non-working product:
